Laizhou Weilong Valve Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weilong Co., Ltd. In March 2018, Weilong invested 160 million yuan to build an area of 45,000 square meters, with a construction area of 25,000 square meters, and two advanced technologies. The horizontal automatic molding casting line has an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of valves and auto parts such as cast iron parts. It was put into production in May 2019. The project adopts domestic advanced sand treatment system, environmental core system, medium frequency electric furnace smelting system, automatic iron water transfer system, automatic feeding spheroidizing system, automatic casting machine system, advanced accumulation catenary cleaning production equipment and Germany. Imported spectrometers, German imported metallographic microscopes and other testing equipment to ensure the production of high-quality, high-efficiency casting products, will lay a solid foundation to meet the needs of the company's valve castings, to provide a strong guarantee for the domestic and foreign customers' procurement needs.
